Last Friday, on March 21th held an unforgettable concert at Alexander Sewruk Theatre in which beside the Elblag Chamber Orchestra played a Tangata Quintet - which includes some of the best Polish musicians of the younger generation, the winners of many prestigious awards at competitions and music festivals in the country and abroad. The star of the evening was the Hungarian genius of the violin – Roby Lakatos, who is called ,,Gypsy Paganini”.
The program of the concert was diverse. The works were a mix of Greek, Turkish, German, Russian, Polish, and of course the Argentine rhythms.
During the concert the artists played: Volver, Tango Notturno, Chiquilin De Bachin, Tango Milonga, This last Sunday, La Cumparsita, Town of Belz, Vale mousiki, Czornyje Glaza.
It was a great concert, an amazing journey through the world of tango. Friday evening at the Alexander Sewruk Theatre streamed music full of hot rhythms and yearning melodies, causing extreme emotions.
